The purpose of this blog is to help network marketers find success in any network marketing company.

My first involvement in Network Marketing was way back in the seventies. Over the years I had some success, but never anything to brag about. Back when I started 97% of those who got involved with network marketing failed. It hasn’t changed so forty years later. Of the 3% who don’t fail most never make a regular livable income.

I don’t want to discourage anyone from giving network marketing a fair chance because it is a great opportunity to find financial freedom. I just want to point out that we want to duplicate something that generates success rather than failure.

We are correctly told that this business is a business of duplication. It is a good business model but it must be done right if we are to succeed. On this blog I want to look discuss what I think is the difference  between the 97% and the 3%. What sets successful network marketers apart from those who do not succeed.

Successful people do things differently than unsuccessful people. It is not a matter of luck. It is a matter of personal development and learning to be leaders. Leaders succeed, followers don’t.

I have spent time talking with those who are successful in the company I am with and in listening to the leaders in other companies and have found one major thing that separates the successful from the unsuccessful. They are leaders that help other succeed.

This is a major part of what is called “Attraction Marketing” and it will be a major part of what is discussed on this blog. Leaders attract others to themselves and therefore are able to build large organizations.

There is an important principle of recruiting that successful network marketers understand. People do not join a business, they join a leader that they believe can help them succeed. If you want to succeed you must attract people to yourself by establishing yourself as a leader. This will take time and effort on your part.

To your success,
